How to prepare for a session
Come in with a calm mind.
Limit alcohol use the night before. Eat something light an hour or so before your appointment. Also limit coffee to one cup the morning of your session. Water intake should be minimal before the session to ensure fewer bathroom breaks.
I will provide snacks after the session, but feel free to bring your own food, if you like.
Write or print out questions or concerns that you would like me to address to your subconscious during your session. Try to have no more than ten and prioritize them.
Parts of your QHHT session will be clear following your session, though like a dream it begins to fade. This is why listening to your recording allows you to absorb and process the information you received. Don't listen to your recording while driving.
Following your session, take it easy the rest of the evening and drink plenty of water, so that you can process the experience. I will record your session and send you a link to download it.
Your session is confidential so please come to your session alone. If someone is driving you they can drop you off and return to pick you up when you contact them.
